  • Grape variety: 100% Palava
  • Origin: on the plain, Piave area
  • Soil: clayey and caranthose
  • Training systgem: Sylvoz
  • Harvesting: Manual harvesting in “plateau” for drying the grapes
  • Vinification: the selected bunches are left to dry for about 90 days during which it loses more than 70% of its original weight and naturally concentrates sugars and aromatic components. The pressing takes place manually in the press
  • Ageing: in oak barrels
  • Number of bottles: 440 of L 0,5
Tasting note
  • Colour: bright amber yellow
  • Bouquet: intense, strong notes of ripe apricot, spices and honey
  • Flavour: great elegance and intensity. Excellent balance between sweetness and acidity. It stands out for its final minerality which supports the great aromatic complexity
  • Alcohol content: 14% Vol
  • Combinations: excellent dessert wine but particularly suitable for accompany dishes with intense aromas such as blue cheeses. Also recommendable as a meditation wine.

It is born in the holy river habitat, in vineyards innervated in 1956 on clay lawns. This stately merlot, maturates in cherry and oak wood.
