  • Yield per hectar: 70 quintals
  • Harvesting: manual harvesting in in small crates at the beginning of september
  • Vinification: destemming and cryomaceration of the grapes with following soft pressing
  • Ageing: in steel tanks for 6 months and partly refined in wood
  • Number of bottles: 3300 of L 0,75
Tasting note
  • Colour: light straw yellow with
    green reflections
  • Bouquet: the mineral note given by the “terroir” and fermentation in acacia barrels stands out on the nose. When young it enhances the alcoholic note and then turns towards hints of white flowers and acacia honey. At the end it expresses a fresh almond scent
  • Flavour: warm, full, balanced. The minerality stands out immediately and then leaves space for excellent acidity and the aroma of fresh honey
  • Alcohol content: 14% Vol
  • Combinations: at the table it goes well with delicate first courses, soups, fish dishes and white meat; fresh, semi-mature or slightly smoked cheeses
  • Serving Temperature: 10°/12°
