Tasting note
- Colour: intense ruby red
- Bouquet: decisive, intense, complex. Hints of red and black berry fruit that vary from jam to fruit in alcohol. Spicy notes of cinnamon and white pepper; as the minutes pass graphite and mineral emerge.
- Flavour: wine with great structure; decisive, lively and persistent. Tannic impact on the palate, supported by freshness and volume
- Alcohol content: 15% Vol
- Combinations: ideal to accompany roast or grilled meats, medium and long matured cheeses. Also interesting as a meditation wine.
