Indigenous wine that comes exclusively from vineyards owned by us. Produced only in the best years.

- Denomination: Manzoni Bianco DOC Piave
- Grapes: Incrocio Manzoni 6.0.13 (Rhenish Riesling renano and white Pinot)
- Origin: on the plain, “Piave – Grassaga” area
- Soil: clayey and caranthose
- Training system: spurred cordon with about 4200 vinestocks per hectare
- Yield per hectare: 60 quintals
- Harvesting: manual harvesting in small crates at the beginning of September
- Vinification: destemming and soft pressing
- Ageing: in steel tank for 6 months and partly refined in wood
- Bottle number: 3500 fol L 0,750
Tasting note
- Colour: straw yellow with green reflections
- Bouquet: the mineral and citrus note immediately stands out on the nose followed by pleasant hints of white flowers, hawthorn and a light shade of Mediterranean scrub. Pronounced tropical fruit and vanilla notes
- Flavour: warm, elegant and very harmonious flavour. Great balance between acidity and minerality and persistent on the palate. The elegance of the used wood stands out in the final aroma
- Alcohol: 15%
- Combining: at the table it goes well with raw, baked and salt crusted fish. Very good as an accompaniment to wild herbs, vegetarian dishes, fresh and medium-aged cheeses. Excellent for an important aperitif
