  • Harvesting: Manual harvesting in “plateau” for drying the grapes
  • Vinification: the selected bunches are left to dry for about 90 days during which it loses more than 70% of its original weight and naturally concentrates sugars and aromatic components. The pressing takes place manually in the press
  • Ageing: 12 months in oak barrels
  • Number of bottles: 440 of L 0,5
Tasting note
  • Colour: intense ruby red with garnet reflections. It comes with a good glycemic component.
  • Bouquet: notes of red fruit with a base of strawberry jam and blueberries. Elegant spicy note of black pepper with a light cocoa base and a balsamic herbaceous hint
  • Flavour: it expresses itself immediately with a light sweet note which then gives way to good freshness and minerality. Light and velvety tannin. Excellent structure and persistence
  • Alcohol content: 17% Vol
  • Combinations: excellent dessert wine but particularly suitable for accompany dishes with intense aromas, such as mature and blue cheeses. Also recommended as a mediation wine.
