Tasting note
  • Colour: pale straw yellow with greenish reflections
  • Bouquet: the mineral note of the terroir and of fermentation in acacia casks stands out on the nose. When young it brings out the alcoholic note, then turns towards hints of white flowers and acacia honey. The finish expresses a scent of fresh almond
  • Palate: warm, full, balanced. Minerality stands out at once, then gives way to excellent acidity and an aroma of fresh honey
  • Alcohol: 14% Vol
  • Food pairing: at the table it goes well with delicate first courses, soups, fish dishes and white meats; fresh, lightly aged or slightly smoked cheeses
  • Serving temperature: 10°/12°
